The site’s real job is a fast, visual talent roster — producers need to scan and shortlist people in seconds, not read paragraphs.
Built the homepage as a scannable talent grid — name and specialty under each image, organized by discipline (Stylists, Beauty, Categories) — so a producer can go from “I need a prop stylist in SF” to a shortlist without digging.
