Ember & Beam hand-pours coconut and apricot wax candles with wooden wicks, made on a family farm. The brand’s whole pitch is that life’s too short for unhealthy candles — the site needed to sell that clean-ingredient story (vegan, phthalate-free, cruelty-free, sustainable) as hard as it sold the scents themselves.
Built a warm, lifestyle-led homepage around mood-based collections (“A Cozy Morning In Bed,” “Watching the Leaves Fall”) and moved the clean-ingredient badges high on the page, since that’s the actual reason shoppers switch from big-box candles to a small-batch brand.
