Julie Kohler is a writer, gender-justice advocate, and Webby Award–winning podcast host (White Picket Fence) with bylines in CNN, The Washington Post, and Fortune — alongside a parallel career running a philanthropic strategy consulting firm. The site needed to hold “journalist,” “speaker,” and “consultant” together without diluting any of them.
Led with the throughline — “I write at the intersection of feminism, politics, and motherhood” — then used clear top-level navigation (Articles, Podcast, Appearances, Press) so press and speaking inquiries could each find their own path in one click.
